{"id":2704,"date":"2017-10-30T15:19:24","date_gmt":"2017-10-30T14:19:24","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/www.verdeil.ch\/guillermaux\/?p=2704"},"modified":"2017-10-30T15:19:33","modified_gmt":"2017-10-30T14:19:33","slug":"plat-du-24-octobre-2017","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.verdeil.ch\/guillermaux\/plat-du-24-octobre-2017","title":{"rendered":"Plat du 24 octobre 2017"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>A l&rsquo;atelier cuisine du mercredi 24 octobre, nous avons cuisin\u00e9 des Natas, un plat portugais.<\/p>\n<p>C&rsquo;\u00e9tait tr\u00e8s bon.<\/p>\n<p>Voici la recette des Natas.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Etape 1\u00a0<\/strong>M\u00e9langer dans une casserole le <a href=\"http:\/\/www.marmiton.org\/magazine\/tendances-gourmandes_le-gout-des-sucres_1.aspx\">sucre<\/a>, la farine, la <a href=\"http:\/\/www.marmiton.org\/magazine\/plein-d-epices_vanille_1.aspx\">vanille<\/a> avec le lait et ajouter une pinc\u00e9e de sel.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Etape 2\u00a0<\/strong>Faire cuire en remuant jusqu&rsquo;\u00e0 ce que la cr\u00e8me se d\u00e9tache de la spatule.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Etape 3\u00a0<\/strong>Oter du feu et laisser refroidir quelques minutes<\/p>\n<p><strong>Etape 4\u00a0<\/strong>Casser les \u0153ufs en s\u00e9parant les blancs des jaunes.
